How to Become a Volunteer at RFL
All volunteers and mentors must go through a registration process, background check, and orientation. Please first register as a volunteer and sign the volunteer waiver. Then come back here and click "volunteer orientation" to select your date. You may also attend a Sip & Tour as your volunteer orientation. You will tour our Skill Center, learn the ins and outs of what we do, and prepare to Change Lives!

Race 2025
Start at RFL Skill Center & Finish at Quaker Steak n Lube
Teams of young adults will travel from location to location around Pinellas County, cracking clues, completing challenges, and learning essential life skills. Volunteers will be key to guiding and supporting participants throughout this exciting day!
Volunteer Opportunities:

Drivers: Transport a team of young adults from stop to stop. Must have a valid driver's license and car insurance.

Race Stop Managers: Staff various clue and challenge stations across the county.

Finish Line Crew: Help set up and coordinate the post-race celebration party!
